All too often we get caught in the midst of a conversation/ situation and think how better we could have communicated after the fact.
The way in which we have been brought up, witnessing others and they way they communicate; either through their lack of awareness or by not saying what they mean.
This is another hands on workshop with an beautiful activity to get you to connect to the ways in which you communicate with others & yourself.
There will be a form of artist expression taking place, but I am leaving the rest as a surprise 🧚♀️

- Completely relax the body & mind to open up channels, this enables you to rewire circuits in your conscious and subconscious mind.
- Go through some exercises to assist you.
- An experience shared is both a worthy bit of knowledge for the receiver and a weight released for the giver, this is where the magic happens. After we meditate, after we educate, we then learn from one another.
- We usually finish off by having a boogie and getting back into our bodies, re-affirming the wisdom you have just gained.
- Vegan nibbles

- This is for anyone whose feeling as though they are not being heard
- Finds in relationships there is an absence of clear communication
- If you feel like old paradigms are broken down/ you feel stuck and stagnant. Repeating old patterns stuck in a loop of disappointment, frustration and miss-alignment.
- You want to speak your truth & be proud for standing in your power.
- You want a sense of community, for your voice to be heard, to be seen.
What do I bring with me?
- A yoga mat/ pillow / something comfy to sit on.
- A water bottle with good clean water.
- A keep cup for your cacao.
- Journal/ pen if you want to write notes down.
- A jumper as we progress into the evening.
